All fields must be filled in, starting with the issue [Subject] that is being addressed.
You can set a priority [priority] for your ticket. You assess whether the urgency is high, medium or low. Then enter your message to the technician.
In this example, the subject is "KYC error" and a corresponding message is written.
You should also attach a screenshot of the error / problem and then send the ticket with [Submit].

After sending the ticket, you will receive a confirmation and your ticket will be displayed.

if you want to withdraw your money, you need to go to the Finance section [Finance] and then to the Payment section [Payment]. There you select the Withdrawal item [Withdrawal] which is on the right side.

There are three options from where you can withdraw money. In this example, the withdrawal should be made from the commission account [Commission balance]. Payments are processed in USDT and in the TRC 20 network. Next, you need to enter your own wallet receiving address and the amount you want to withdraw. In this example it is 10 USDT. A notification will be displayed that the request was sent successfully. All details of your withdrawal are displayed at the bottom. After refreshing the page, the status of the withdrawal will be set to Completed [Completed].

You will see a list of all deposits made with the date of the deposit and the blocking of the amount for 180 days.

if you want to continue with a real bot, go to the product section [Products] and then subscribe [Subscribe] to a bot.

In this example, the first option offered, namely the bot "T 800", is selected. To buy the subscription, press the button [Purchase] .

You will then be redirected to the payment section [Payment]. There you will find a field where you can select the type of payment you want. As there is no credit in the account at the beginning, the only option you can choose is the external payment method [External Payment]. The payment button [Purchase] will be displayed.

You will now see your "receipt" and must confirm the purchase with [Confirm]. The exact amount shown must be transferred. By pressing [Confirm] you will receive the payment address to which you must transfer the displayed amount in order to be able to buy the subscription for the bot.

Then go to the Finance section [Finance] and then to the Payment section [Payment], where your purchase will be displayed. As soon as the payment has been made, the status here will change to [Complete], which means that the payment has been completed successfully.

If you want to create a demo bot, select the demo bots section [Demo Bots]. You have three bots to choose from for your demo bot.

In this example, the first option, namely the bot "T 800", is selected. Now you only need to fill in the field for the initial amount that the demo bot should work with.

In this example, $100 is entered. Clicking on [Create] activates the bot.

In the [My Bots] area, you can now see the demo bot that has been created. You will also receive an email notification.

after we have created our account, we must continue with the KYC (Know your Customer) procedure.

Go to the menu item for account details [Account] and select [KYC]. You must upload an ID document as proof of identity.
